Another expert tip that can help you make your fitness goals more realistic is dividing them into achievable chunks. In other words, you do not have to run for 50 miles a day. Instead, you can divide this goal into achievable chunks.
As you see progress, you can go ahead and speed up your running schedule. This will give you one of two things:
- You will feel a sense of achievement.
- As you progress, you will be motivated to achieve your goals.
So, do not overburden yourself with unachievable tasks. Instead, divide them into easy and achievable pieces of milestones. In the long run, this will help you set reasonable fitness goals. And you can achieve them quite easily.
