Dame Joan Collins is no beginner in investing in some of the gorgeous houses around, as she’s done it again and again in the past. Back in 2007, she got splashed $2.7 million on that magnificent apartment in West Hollywood, at the Sierra Towers, to be exact. Now, it’s listed for $4.65 million.
The house offers 2,300 square feet of space, glass walls, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and even view of the ocean! Its marble floors are fantastic, with the house having been built in 1965 by architect and designer Jack A. Charney. Collins’ latest on-screen appearance was on an episode of Hawaii Five-0 in 2019.
