Dick Van Dyke – $6.5 Million, Encino

Dick Van Dyke’s acting and comedy skills have made him significantly rich. Van Dyke is known for his work on The Dick Van Dyke Show. He’s also played in notable films like Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy, and Bye Bye Birdie. We last saw him in the 2018 film Mary Poppins Returns.
Van Dyke used to own this amazing Mediterranean-style villa in Encino before he sold it to musician Sergio Mendes. The mansion offers 12,015 square feet of living space, floor-to-ceiling windows, marble floors, an entertainment room, a gym, a huge cellar, three bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms. It was once again sold to an unknown buyer in 2016 for $6.5 million.
