Regis Philbin – Recently Passed – $4.595 Million, Greenwich
For over two decades, Regis Philbin co-hosted the syndicated show Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. He passed away in 2020 at age 88, and he died knowing that his name will go down in history. Philbin left behind a $150-million fortune when he died, but it didn’t include his long-time home in Greenwich.
Philbin, along with his wife, purchased the dwelling for $7.2 million in 2008, according to Greenwich Time. The couple sold it in 2019 at only $4.595 million, which seems like a pretty significant loss. The English Manor-inspired house sat on 2.59 acres of land and accommodated six bedrooms.
