Dick Cavett used to be one of the most famous talk show hosts in the world, having hosted shows like Saturday Night Live. In the last couple of years, he’s taken a step back from the showbusiness. To be honest, if we had a house like his, we would want to stay at home all the time as well!
Cavett and his late wife Carrie purchased the 20-acre property in 1997. The original house was burnt down, and they rebuilt it from scratch. It now features 7,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, hardwood floors, four bathrooms, and spectacular ocean views. Cavett initially listed it in 2017 for $62 million, but as of 2019, it’s on the market for $33.9 million.
