Dame Judi Dench is widely known for her role as “M” in the iconic Bond film series. Just like a spy, Dench likes her house as private as it gets. That’s why for over 20 years, Dench lives in this serene property in Surrey. Her late husband, Michael Williams, used to live with her there as well, before his death in 2001.
The property was built way back in 1470, and it offers five acres of land, with its main house being measured at 6,910 square-feet. It includes four bedrooms, a master suite, and a breakfast room, among others. There’s also a cottage, barns, a pool, and lush greenery. Dench’s latest performance was in the 2019 film Cats.
